You have ordered an item that is in stock:

If you live in Belgium, you can expect to receive your order within 2 to 4 working days.

Count 3 to 5 working days for countries bordering Belgium, 4 to 8 working days for other European countries and 5 to 12 working days for the rest of the world.

- You have ordered bed linens:

Your bed linen is made to measure in Belgium. It will be sent to you within 2 to 6 weeks. Please note that we are closed from December 24th to January 2nd and from July 15th to August 15th. If you place your order during these dates, please note that we will make your order as soon as we reopen. Thank you in advance for your understanding

- You have ordered bath towels that are not in stock:

Out of stock Egyptian Cotton Bath Linen (Abyss & Habidecor): Please allow 3 to 5 weeks for delivery of your Abyss & Habidecor bath linens due to the large number of orders currently being placed.

Other bath linen out of stock: Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery of your linen.

- You have ordered table linen that is not in stock:

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery of your linen.

- You have ordered an embroidered piece:

Please allow 3 to 5 extra days for the embroidery of your items.

We accept all returns within 14 days of the receipt of your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee a refund.

We accept returns and exchanges provided that the item is returned to us new, unwashed, undamaged, and properly packaged in its original or neutral packaging. Please note, however, that we do not accept returns for embroidered items.

Returns are free of charge in Belgium for orders of minimum 50€ and in Europe for orders of minimum 200€.

Customs duties and shipping costs for international orders and all taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs will be indicated at the time of ordering according to the country of destination.

Please note that Modus Vivendi cannot be held responsible for any delays in orders due to delays in customs clearance or payment transactions.

Product availability is not always guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or is delayed, we will inform you by email or telephone.

For large international orders, additional shipping costs may apply depending on the size of the order and will be charged separately to the customer.
